Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which starts from the date of receipt of your item, to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

 Digital receipts are also acceptable.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item within 5 days of receipt to help us manage claims effectively

Returns: To start a return, you can contact us at silkcoquille@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: A. Biro, Steinstrasse 27, 8003 Zürich, Switzerland.
If your return is accepted, for defective or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping costs. For the rest of the returns, you are responsible for the cost. Once you receive a tracking number from your own chosen delivery company, kindly send us the information and confirmation from the delivery company, including your name and address, to our email address. Please be aware that the expenses for shipping are at your own cost. We suggest using reliable and cost-effective shipping methods and note that you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

As we are a newly established business, we are unable to provide digitalized return labels and tracking.

We understand that this process may not be the most convenient, and we appreciate your understanding. We are actively working towards improving our services, and we plan to implement a more streamlined return process in the future to make it easier. Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). This is not an exhaustive list, and other items may be non-returnable at our discretion. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you can immediately make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period 
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The return shipping cost during this period is borne by the customer. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please read the "Returns" section above.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. This does not include the shipping cost. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
