Our scrunchies are handmade, and variations in color, rhinestone color, pattern, and size may occur. We ensure that variations do not exceed 10% from the product images. Despite these slight differences, the unique quality of each piece is assured. Should a rhinestone detach shortly after purchase, please contact us for a suitable resolution. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding product defects.

The elasticity is expected to maintain its quality under normal use conditions for at least two to three months. Regular use beyond this period may lead to a natural decrease in elasticity.

Allergies

While the Mulberry Silk is hypoallergenic, we recommend customers with allergies to review the full list of materials used, available upon request. Silk Coquille disclaims responsibility for any allergic reactions, but we prioritize your safety by being transparent about our materials.

Care Instructions

Follow the care instructions provided with each scrunchie to ensure its longevity. A brief guide is included in this disclaimer, with detailed instructions accompanying the product. Please refer to the 'Care Instructions' box for additional information.

  1. Washing:
    • Hand wash only in cold water (max 30°C/85°F).
    • Use a detergent that is:
      • Liquid form
      • Hypoallergenic
      • Dermatologist tested
      • Non-sensitizing
      • Free of synthetic fragrances, dyes, 1,4 dioxane, harsh chemicals, phosphates, phthalates, enzymes, sulfates
      • Readily biodegradable
    • Avoid rubbing or scrubbing too hard.
  2. Drying:
    • Air dry by laying it flat on a clean, dry towel and gently rolling it to remove excess moisture. Do not wring or twist.
    • Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources like hair dryers, radiators, or other heat sources to speed up the drying process as excessive heat can damage the silk.
    • Handle with care, especially when partially dry, to reshape if necessary.
  3. Ironing:
    • If wrinkled, use a low heat setting for steam ironing while slightly damp.
    • Avoid high heat or direct contact with the iron to prevent damage to the silk fibers and rhinestones.

  • Damages or alterations resulting from unauthorized repair or modification of the product.
  • Damages resulting from failure to follow care instructions provided, including but not limited to, exposure to harsh chemicals, extreme temperatures, and inappropriate cleaning methods.

  • Bodily harm caused by a proven defect in our product.
  • Any other responsibilities that are deemed non-disclaimable under applicable law.
